Effective July 15, 2026
NUVEME LLC operates VIO OS. These terms describe the operating expectations for businesses using VIO OS and the communication, provider, payment, and automation boundaries that keep the front-office operating layer trustworthy.
VIO OS provides front-office operating software for service businesses, including intake, communication, scheduling, quoting, dispatch, payment follow-up, connected-account readiness, operational review, and related automation.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their business information, services, pricing, policies, taxes, customer promises, staff access, connected-account permissions, and any communications or actions they approve or authorize through VIO OS.
Each person using VIO OS for a business represents that they are authorized to act for that business, connect its provider accounts, approve operational actions, invite team members, and manage customer workflows through the service.
VIO OS helps prepare, route, review, and send estimates, quotes, scopes of work, appointment options, technician assignments, and payment requests based on business settings and available information. The business remains responsible for final pricing, scope accuracy, service availability, customer acceptance, job performance, cancellations, refunds, and dispute handling.
Businesses are responsible for having the right to contact their customers and for honoring customer communication preferences. VIO OS may help prepare or send operational messages such as scheduling, service updates, reminders, quotes, payments, and support messages. SMS recipients can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
NUVEME LLC operates the VIO OS SMS program. With consent, VIO OS sends non-marketing account, customer-support, appointment, service-status, approval, invoice, payment-link, and billing-assistance messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time and HELP for help, or contact support@vio-os.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participation is optional and consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using unrelated VIO OS services. The Privacy Policy is available at https://vio-os.com/privacy.
Businesses may not use VIO OS to send spam, unlawful marketing, deceptive messages, or messages to people who have opted out or have not given required consent. VIO OS may block, limit, or review messaging activity to protect customers, providers, and platform compliance.
Connected providers may include calendar, messaging, payment, accounting, email, and phone services. Businesses authorize VIO OS to use connected accounts only for approved operating workflows, support, security, and audit purposes. Provider terms may also apply.
Phone number availability, porting, verification, routing, and messaging registration depend on carriers and communications providers. Businesses must provide accurate authorization, account, address, billing, and ownership information for port requests. VIO OS can prepare and route supported numbers after provider completion and registration, but carrier timelines and approvals are outside VIO OS's direct control.
Payment processing is handled by payment providers such as Stripe. VIO OS may help create payment requests, track payment status, and prepare accounting continuity, subject to provider rules, business authorization, and applicable fees. Businesses remain responsible for tax settings, tax collection, and tax compliance for their own customer jobs. VIO OS does not calculate, collect, remit, or advise on taxes for customer jobs.
VIO OS subscription purchases, renewals, billing, invoices, cancellation, and plan changes may be handled through Stripe or another billing provider. Subscription fees, billing taxes or fees when applicable, and cancellation timing are shown in checkout, the billing portal, or the applicable plan terms. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.
VIO OS may automate certain workflows only according to the business's settings, connected-account status, and provider safety rules. Review modes, approvals, and escalation settings are the business's responsibility to configure and monitor.
VIO OS is operating software. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, employment, safety, permitting, or other professional advice. Businesses should use qualified professionals for those decisions and remain responsible for complying with laws that apply to their business.
VIO OS may use AI to draft responses, summarize work, recommend next actions, and assist with quote, scheduling, dispatch, payment, and accounting workflows. AI output is operational assistance, not a guarantee. Businesses are responsible for settings, review choices, approved actions, and customer-facing promises.
VIO OS is built for reliability, but no software service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, restrict, suspend, or retire features to maintain security, compliance, provider compatibility, or service quality.
Businesses may not use VIO OS for unlawful activity, deceptive practices, unauthorized account access, harassment, spam, unsafe financial activity, infringement, or workflows that violate provider, carrier, platform, or payment-network policies.
VIO OS may suspend, limit, or terminate access when needed for nonpayment, security, suspected abuse, unlawful activity, provider or carrier compliance, payment-network risk, customer harm, or violation of these terms. We may preserve records needed for audit, security, legal, billing, or dispute purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIO OS is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, specific revenue, customer outcomes, provider approvals, carrier delivery, accounting results, or that every workflow will be available in every situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VIO OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data. VIO OS's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts paid to VIO OS for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Businesses agree to defend, indemnify, and hold VIO OS harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from their services, customers, staff, pricing, taxes, consent records, communications, connected accounts, approved actions, misuse of VIO OS, or violation of law, provider rules, or these terms.
